During initial herbal consultations we will explore what’s currently happening in your life, big moments from your past, and how we can create your most divine future. We will chat over tea for 1.5 hours in a confidential and comfortable setting to let everything that wishes to unfold do just that. During this time I may check your tongue and pulse, ask personal questions, and l i s t e n from a compassionate and non-judgmental heart center.

A few disharmonies that clients I am currently seeing have come to me for are: stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, irregular menstrual cycle, PTSD, fatigue, forgetfulness, skin irritations, foot fungus, mind chatter, pain, stiffness, soreness, lack of self confidence, sugar cravings, respiratory issues, digestive upsets, diabetes, post chemo/radiation treatment, arthritis, lack of sexual appetite and more.

Herbs are slow working allies that show best results with consistency. This consultation paired with follow up sessions is perfect for those ready show up for themselves, and do the work to become their best selves. I am simply a guide to remind you how to get back on the path that is most aligned with YOU.

At the end of our session I will come up with an herbal formula designed specifically for you, gentle one. This may come in the form of an extract, a tea blend, an adorning herbal infused oil or something else entirely. I love to get creative and I will always formulate based on your prioritized needs.

Initial consultations are $150 and include herbal formulas. I also offer sliding scale sessions~ please reach out for further questions regarding that!

I recommend we continue to see each other on a regular basis as this way we are able to track your progression, form relationship, and alter your formulas with herbs best suited for what’s going on in your current spirit/body/mind.
